      Description: Conveners/ Coaches meeting - each Convener will 20 minutes to discuss proposed schedule & pass out information.

      1.00pm - Volleyball Coaches
      1.20pm - Football U12
      1.40pm - football U14
      2.00pm - Cross country
      2.20pm - Swimming

      All schools are to have a represented at each of these sports if they are going to be involved. Meetings are staggered so that one delegate - AD is able to represent their school at all sports. However, would encourage schools who are able to release coaches to attend meeting send coaches so that they may feel informed.
